Professional Background

Elliot holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. During law school, he interned at the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office and the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office, where he developed strong trial skills. Since graduating in 2016, he has practiced law at Bourne Law Firm, focusing on workers’ compensation, car wreck, and personal injury cases. He has also handled significant appellate cases, including Frett v. State Farm and McKay v. Inalfa, and volunteers his time with the Georgia Legal Foundation. Elliot resides in Forsyth County with his wife and three children.
